She'd agree with that. She'd always been intrigued by the idea of the Winter Soldier, and why he hadn't killed her in Odessa. Sure she hadn't been his target but he could have just as easily shot a couple of inches higher and killed both of them. The scar on her stomach serves as a reminder of his sparing her and the start of their connection.
