Kevin/Luna

It had been a dream, or so he'd thought when he woke back up in FBI custody.
But then... then, the X-Men had come for him, Emma Frost right there, and opening her diamond arms for him. Even Summers had been glad to see him, patting him on the back. He'd explained about the side-trip onto the Enterprise, thus earning him a place as a "Real X-Man". The joke is, if you go on an alternate universe adventure, you get put on a team. Scott Summers made that not a joke any longer and put Kevin on a senior team with Wolverine and Nightcrawler.
But, there had been one thing that had bothered him enough to ask for something: The chance to go to the UK and see if he could find Luna.
Through contacts, some of which he's not going to ask about, and through quite a bit of investigation that Kevin isn't sure that he understands, they manage to find her. He can only hope that this is the same Luna that spent time on the Enterprise with him.
It takes him a week to gather up the nerve, a week of wandering around London, a week of learning more about his powers, now that they work again, a week of exploring a foreign country without the threat of the FBI on his back. So, when he finally finds Luna, he's far more relaxed than he's been since he returned.
He's standing outside a pub, sure he's got the right place when he sees her blonde hair and radish earrings swaying as she walks. A smile brightens his face. He's found her, and that's enough for now. "Luna? Luna Lovegood? I don't know if you remember me...?" He's really hoping she does.
